At STABILTV, we are confident in the quality of our IPTV service. We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans — that is 6 full months from the date of your purchase.
This policy applies to all paid plans including the 6-Month Plus, 1-Year Pro, Lifetime Ultimate, 2-Device, 3-Device, and Lifetime 3-Device plans. It does not apply to the free 1-day trial, which is provided at no cost.
We process refunds back to the original payment method — Stripe (card/PayPal) or bank transfer — within the timeframes set out in this policy.
02 Who Is Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:
- You are within 180 days of your original purchase date
- You are not satisfied with the service for any reason
- The service does not work as described on our website
- You experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve

03 How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. Follow these steps:

Receive Your Money

04 Refund Processing Times
Once we confirm your refund request, here is how long it takes for the money to reach you:
5–10 Business Days
Stripe processes the refund immediately on our end. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement. Some banks are faster — Revolut and N26 often show refunds within 24–48 hours.
3–5 Business Days
PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and will appear in your PayPal balance.
3–5 Business Days
Bank transfer refunds within Europe (SEPA) are processed within 3–5 business days to your nominated account.
5–7 Business Days
International bank transfers outside SEPA typically take 5–7 business days. Fees charged by your bank may apply.
24–48 Hours
Crypto refunds are processed to your original wallet address within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Note that cryptocurrency values fluctuate — refunds are processed at the EUR equivalent rate at time of original payment.
Please note: Processing times are estimated and depend on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after the timeframe above, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
05 Refund by Payment Method
💳 Stripe (Credit / Debit Card)
Refunds are credited back to the exact card used for the original purchase. We cannot redirect a card refund to a different card or bank account. If your card has since expired or been replaced, the refund will still reach your bank account — contact your bank if you have concerns.
🅿️ PayPal via Stripe
Refunds are credited back to your PayPal account. If the original PayPal payment was funded by a card or bank account, PayPal will return the funds to that source.
🏦 Bank Transfer
Refunds for bank transfer payments are sent back to the same account that made the original transfer. Please ensure you provide your correct IBAN/account details when requesting a refund. STABILTV is not responsible for refunds sent to an incorrectly provided account.
₿ Cryptocurrency
Crypto refunds are sent to the originating wallet address. If you no longer have access to that wallet, please contact us to arrange an alternative. Refund amounts are calculated at the EUR value paid at the time of original purchase — we do not adjust for market price changes.
06 Partial Refunds
In most cases, STABILTV issues full refunds regardless of how much of the subscription has been used. However, partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 180-day window (assessed on a case-by-case basis)
- Lifetime plan refund requests after 12+ months of active use
- Situations where a partial service interruption occurred rather than a full outage
If you are outside the standard refund window or believe a partial refund is appropriate, please contact us — we will always try to find a fair resolution.
07 Non-Refundable Cases
While our guarantee covers the vast majority of situations, there are a small number of cases where a refund cannot be issued:
Not eligible for refund: Free 1-day trials (provided at no charge), refund requests made after 180 days from the purchase date without exceptional circumstances, and accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Use (e.g. sharing credentials with non-household users, reselling, abuse).
- Free trials — no charge is made, so no refund applies
- After 180 days — requests beyond the guarantee window (case-by-case exceptions may apply)
- Account abuse — accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds
- Incorrect purchase information — if you provided an incorrect email or WhatsApp number and we could not deliver your subscription despite attempts to contact you

08 Free Trial Policy
free 1-day trial — no credit card required, no payment taken. Because no charge is made during the trial, there is nothing to refund.
The free trial gives you access to the full STABILTV service for 24 hours, including all 200,000+ live channels, VODs, sports, and 4K quality. This allows you to test the service thoroughly before making any payment decision.
After the trial ends, your access will expire automatically. You will not be charged unless you actively choose to purchase a plan.
We recommend using the free trial during a live sports event — such as a Premier League match or Champions League game — to fully test the streaming quality, stability, and channel availability before subscribing.
09 Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In the vast majority of cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more easily through direct communication.
If you contact us with a refund request, we will process it within our standard timeframes — often faster than a bank dispute process, which can take 30–90 days.
Chargeback Process
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is under review. Once the chargeback is resolved — either in your favour or ours — we will act accordingly. We do not pursue customers who file legitimate chargebacks in good faith.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks (e.g. claiming non-receipt of a service that was demonstrably delivered) may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. We maintain comprehensive records of all service deliveries.
