- Browser type and device — for technical compatibility purposes

- Referral source — to understand how users find our website
We do not collect: government ID, passport numbers, sensitive health data, or any information from children under 18. We do not record or store what you stream through our IPTV service.

04 Payments — Stripe & Bank Transfer
Stripe
Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Processed securely by Stripe Inc. — PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Direct bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT). Your bank details are used only for the specific transaction.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT accepted. Maximum privacy. Transactions are confirmed instantly.
🔒 PrivateStripe Data Processing
When you pay via Stripe, your payment data (card number, expiry, CVV) is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and transmitted directly to Stripe's servers.
Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification.
Bank Transfer Data Processing
When you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will provide your bank account details directly to your bank to initiate the transfer. STABILTV will provide you with our bank account details to complete the transaction. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, reference) for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
Important: STABILTV will never ask you to share your banking password, online banking login credentials, or full card details via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from STABILTV, please contact us immediately.
Refunds
05 Data Sharing
- Stripe Inc. — payment processing (card payments)
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Inc. — customer communication and support
- Google LLC — website analytics (Google Analytics) and search performance (Google Search Console)
- Hosting provider — to store and serve our website securely
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not allow them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of STABILTV, our users, or others.
07 Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our service and comply with our legal obligations:
- Active subscribers — data retained for the duration of your subscription plus 180 days (refund period)
- Expired subscriptions — account data retained for 2 years after expiry for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted
- Free trial users — data retained for 30 days after the trial expires, then deleted unless you subscribe
- Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by European tax and accounting regulations
- Support conversations — retained for 1 year after your last interaction, then deleted
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8). Note that we may retain certain data where required by law even after a deletion request.
