We do not collect: government ID, passport numbers, sensitive health data, or any information from children under 18. We do not record or store what you stream through our IPTV service.

🔒 PrivateStripe Data Processing
When you pay via Stripe, your payment data (card number, expiry, CVV) is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and transmitted directly to Stripe's servers.
Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification.
Bank Transfer Data Processing
When you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will provide your bank account details directly to your bank to initiate the transfer. STABILTV will provide you with our bank account details to complete the transaction. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, reference) for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
Important: STABILTV will never ask you to share your banking password, online banking login credentials, or full card details via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from STABILTV, please contact us immediately.

- Hosting provider — to store and serve our website securely
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not allow them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of STABILTV, our users, or others.

- Support conversations — retained for 1 year after your last interaction, then deleted
