01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and STABILTV ("STABILTV", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of our IPTV streaming service and website at stabiltv.store.

By accessing our website, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

02 The Service

STABILTV provides a premium Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that gives subscribers access to live television channels, on-demand video content, and related features via the internet.

Our service includes:

• Access to 120,000+ on-demand movies and TV shows (VOD library)
• Streaming in HD, Full HD, 4K, and 8K resolution where available
• Anti-Freeze Technology for smooth, buffer-free playback
• A VPN service included with all paid plans
• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) for channel scheduling
• 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp

The specific channels, content, and features available may vary over time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content within the service without notice, provided the overall quality and value of the service is maintained.

03 Eligibility

To use STABILTV you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence
• Have access to a compatible device and internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where IPTV streaming services are prohibited by law

By using our service, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you must not use our service. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

04 Your Account

When you purchase a STABILTV subscription, you will receive login credentials (username, password, and M3U/portal URL) delivered via WhatsApp or email. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential and secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Ensuring your contact details remain accurate and up to date

Your credentials are for your personal use only. You must not share, transfer, or sell your login details to anyone outside your household. Each subscription is licensed for the number of simultaneous streams specified in your chosen plan.

05 Subscriptions & Plans

STABILTV offers the following subscription plans:

Free Trial

The free 1-day trial provides full access to the STABILTV service for 24 hours at no cost. No credit card is required. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription — you must actively choose to purchase a plan.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are activated immediately upon confirmed payment. Access is provided for the duration specified in your chosen plan. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will need to manually renew when your subscription expires.

Lifetime Plans

"Lifetime" plans provide access to STABILTV for as long as STABILTV operates as a service. In the unlikely event that STABILTV ceases operations, lifetime subscribers will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based on the remaining unused period.

06 Payments & Billing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. STABILTV accepts the following payment methods:

• Stripe — credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, and PayPal
• Bank transfer — SEPA (Europe) and SWIFT (international)
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your subscription will be activated immediately upon receipt of confirmed payment. STABILTV reserves the right to change its pricing at any time — price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g. due to insufficient funds or a bank decline), your subscription will not be activated or will be suspended. Please contact us via WhatsApp to resolve any payment issues.

Refunds

STABILTV offers a 180-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

07 Acceptable Use

STABILTV is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing enjoyment. Here's a clear summary of what you can and cannot do:

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Reselling or sublicensing — selling, renting, or otherwise providing access to your STABILTV subscription to third parties for payment or otherwise
• Credential sharing — sharing your login details with users outside your household to circumvent subscription fees
• Recording and redistribution — recording, capturing, storing, or redistributing any content streamed through STABILTV without authorisation
• Circumvention — using technical means to bypass any security, access controls, or usage limits of the service
• Automated access — using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the service
• Abuse and harassment — using our service or support channels to abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate our staff or other users
• Fraudulent chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes while continuing to use the service
• Illegal use — using the service for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction

09 Intellectual Property

All content accessible through STABILTV — including live channels, on-demand videos, and any other media — is the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters, studios, and content owners. STABILTV does not claim ownership over any streamed content.

The STABILTV website, brand name, logo, and original software are the intellectual property of STABILTV. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content or branding without our express written permission.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and view content through the STABILTV service. This licence does not include any right to download, record, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content.

10 Service Availability

STABILTV aims to maintain 100% uptime for all subscribers. We invest in redundant server infrastructure and Anti-Freeze Technology to minimise disruptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible. In the event of unexpected downtime exceeding 24 hours, affected subscribers may be entitled to a service extension or partial refund — contact us to arrange this.

Internet Connection

The quality of your streaming experience depends on your internet connection. STABILTV is not responsible for buffering, poor quality, or service interruptions caused by your ISP, router, device, or local network conditions.

Channel Availability

While we strive to maintain our full channel library, individual channels may occasionally be unavailable due to broadcast rights changes, technical issues, or regional restrictions beyond our control. We will always work to restore unavailable channels as quickly as possible.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STABILTV's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

STABILTV is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• Third-party actions including those of payment processors, ISPs, or content owners
• Damages resulting from your violation of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy within 180 days of your purchase date.

Termination by STABILTV

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
• You initiate a fraudulent chargeback while continuing to use the service
• We are required to do so by law or court order

Accounts terminated for policy violations are not entitled to a refund. Accounts terminated for reasons outside your control (e.g. service discontinuation) will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email for significant changes
• Post a notice on our website

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with European Union law and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which STABILTV operates.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our service, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. We will make every effort to resolve disputes quickly and fairly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, European Union consumers have the right to seek resolution through the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

UK consumers may also seek resolution through the relevant UK alternative dispute resolution body or the courts of England and Wales.
